Terry, and I want to thank you. We had a wonderful experience using Little Giant for our pool contractor. After narrowing our choice to a “liner” pool, we then had to narrow our choice of contractors known for their quality “liner” pools. Brad, we appreciated your candid opinion regarding what was best for our backyard. Instead of agreeing with our idea, you took the time to give us additional insight to make an informed decision. Your crew was great and you delivered what you promised. It is hard to anticipate everything involved with a new pool. Separate from the pool, some of the extras (electric and sprinkler system) cost more than expected, but we are pleased with the result. If we had questions or concerns, your follow through and solutions were handled efficiently. It has been a pleasurable experience and we offer our best wishes to you all.
My husband and I have been dreaming of a luxury backyard for quite some time. Last spring we began researching pool companies. Once we met Brad and the crew at Little Giant, there was no question about which company to choose. Brad was so knowledgeable that we felt at ease from our first meeting with him. He went over the entire pool building process with us from start to finish. As we watched the construction, every step was completed just as promised.
We are now the proud owners of a beautiful backyard paradise! Our pool and patio are exactly what we asked for. If you want a pool built with the highest quality by a company you can trust, then Little Giant is the only choice! We would be happy to show the pool or talk to any future customers. We are so happy with everything. We would love to spread the word and help you in any way we can.
Thanks again to all of you for everything.
Happy Holidays! See you in the spring.
You were meticulous with all of the details from the planning to completion of our pool and now in the 3rd season of use. The decision to use Little Giant has been confirmed as I have seen neighbors with pools installed in the same time frame by other companies that are replacing expensive parts and have problems with their pools turning green as the circulation and flow with superior filtration we have yet had our pool turn green. Thanks for the great pool we enjoy it all summer long.
“When we approached Brad at Little Giant about building our pool, my wife and I already knew exactly what we wanted. We got two other bids from companies that just followed our lead. After Brad came out, looked over our backyard, and asked us many questions about how we wanted to use the pool, etc. he convinced us we had it all wrong. We ended up changing the shape and style of the pool, the decking, and the location of the pool. One year and several dozen compliments later, we know that Brad’s advice was right on the money!”
Sorry for the delay getting back to you, but it’s been a little crazy around work these days….good crazy, but hectic. I’m ready for a slowdown…..but if you wanted chit-chat you would have called so on to your response.
You probably won’t recall, but I chose LGPS over your competitors and actually went with your bid that was $5000 or so higher. Thinking back as to why I did that, I remember wanting to work with a contractor that saw me as a valuable client, not simply as a job. I wanted to know that my satisfaction was more important than getting onto the next job. You gave me that feeling more than any of the other people I got bids from.
In hindsight, I came out looking like a pretty smart guy who made the right choice…..remember the tough install you ran into…..oh yeah, and you came out looking pretty good too. Which leads me to your second question. You don’t know this, but when the topic of pools comes up and I am asked my opinion, I do the same thing every single time: I pull out my wallet, take out your business card, and show your home phone number. THAT’S how much his clients mean to him, I say.
I suppose one day I should actually call that number to make sure you really did give me your home number. The joke’s probably on me…..it’s probably the number to Franks Tavern in DeSoto. Whatever. The point is that you were concerned enough with my satisfaction to tell me to call with any question or problem I ran into. You wanted a long-term customer, not just an install, and that’s why I am happy to recommend LGPS.
When looking for a pool builder last spring we interviewed and got estimates from three companies. Eventually we chose Little Giant because they have a clean record with the Better Business Bureau, their price was competitive, and Brad came across as someone who we could trust and who is compassionate and knowledgeable about his product and business. He explained in detail every aspect involved in the pool building process and was always available to answer any questions we had. As with any major project things don’t always go 100% the way we want them too. Brad made sure that we did not have to worry and made every effort to “smooth out the wrinkles”. After the pool was finished we could still count on Little Giant’s ongoing support while learning how to take care of the pool. For a positive pool building experience it’s Little Giant.
